She has over 26 years of legal experience and is a registered nurse licensed in NYS. Miriam specializes in contracts, bookkeeping, and organizing. Miriam also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role with The Collective Caché.
Rachelle Cadet
Rachelle Cadet is a native of Brooklyn with Haitian roots who has always loved fashion and beauty from an early age. Throughout the years, she has found various ways to channel her creativity through her styling choices or by glamming up her family and friends. She has decided to follow her passions by starting her YouTube channel to chronicle her journey along the way. Her dreams are to inspire others to live in their authentic truth and do what makes them happy. She brings her savvy fashion sense, love of travel, and beauty tips to her role with The Collective Caché.

She specializes in counseling and can help individuals, couples, families and organizations reach their full potential. Throughout her career, Shirley has worked as a therapist, managed projects, and led non-profits and state agencies through a variety of transitions and initiatives. She is licensed in NYS as an LMSW. Shirley brings her vast knowledge, caring nature, and resolute dedication to The Collective Caché.

Esther Simon is a Brooklyn native with Haitian roots. She is an Educator with a background in Social Work.
